Our Commitment

EPC Advisor is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

We are aware of the following accessibility issues and are working to address them:

  • Some charts may not be fully accessible to screen readers (we provide text alternatives)
  • PDF downloads of original EPC certificates are provided by DLUHC and may have varying accessibility
