EPC Advisor provides information about Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties in England and Wales, including:

We use official EPC data from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) under the Open Government Licence. While we strive for accuracy:

- We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information
- Information should not be relied upon as professional advice
